*OUTDOOR YOGA CLASS*

LOCATION:In the myst30a complex, on the 30avenue GREEN! You will see it! It's the only open space in the center of 30avenue shopping complex. 

60 minute vinyasa style flow class. Accessible to all levels of practitioners. Movements will be slow enough to focus on alignment and breath connection while developing body awareness. Expect to learn how to connect your breath with your movement and clear your mind!
